Participants will have a chance to engage in hands-on exercises to improve business relationships that will lead to successful hard skills implementation.

Presented by:
Eric Hayler, the Principal of the Hayler Group as well as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at BMW Manufacturing Co. Previously he was the Manager of BMW’s Central Laboratory. Eric is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received his PhD in Solid State Inorganic Chemistry. He is an ASQ Senior Member, the Regional Director of Region 11A, Past Chair the Palmetto Section in Greenville SC, founder of the ASQ Minorities in Quality network and past member of the Board of Examiners for the SC Governor’s Quality Award.
