Request for Proposals - Community Interventions Grants

A total of $800,000 is available for a one-year period and will be divided among 10-15 awards.  These neighborhood-level interventions will focus on healthy food retail, school wellness policy, breastfeeding support and safe walking and biking.  Applications from eligible communities will be due on June 6.
