He’s been helping Illinois park districts like Round Lake and Waukegan with diversity, awareness training, market research focus groups and marketing execution.

Participants will gain an overview of the Hispanic market in Illinois and see how this segment is actively interested in parks & recreation. Participants will take their learning and apply it to 2-3 concrete applications and programs based on other Illinois park district Hispanic programs.
