CEU transcripts from the 2010 IAPD/IPRA Soaring to New Heights Conference were sent via e-mail several months ago by CTE (our conference registration company).  If you did not receive yours it may have gotten diverted by a spam filter.  Please contact CTE directly at ilparks1-reg@cteusa.com to request a duplicate copy.
