IIE provides financial and academic support as well as mentorship and leadership training to Ethiopian girls in secondary school through our Higher Education (HER) Program. The first cohort of HER girls will graduate from high school this spring from two schools in Addis Ababa, ready to become leaders at universities and beyond.
