Doug Wiebelhaus was looking for an opportunity to connect with the car wash industry in a way that was more personal and more direct than he had available at many of the standard industry events.
So when the inaugural Splash! event was held last year, he was among the 700 plus attendees able to experience a one of a kind car wash event.
"I enjoyed the 1-on-1 opportunities you were able to get and just being able to carry on a more in-depth conversation than you can at some of the shows," he said. "You could carry on a conversation for 15 minutes or more."

Twitter just unveiled its latest redesign with a new interface, which is mostly cosmetic. The company is refreshing the brand as it looks to increase its user base by, "making it feel lighter, faster and easier to use." As Grace Kim, vice president of user research and design at Twitter, pointed out on the company blog, the changes were made after feedback from users. Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter specifically asked for this in 2016.
