Source: Fredericksburg.com Rio Car Wash in Stafford and Massaponax will donate all of its earnings on Saturday to benefit Empowerhouse. The car wash’s two locations, 70 Sebring Drive in Stafford and 10050 Jefferson Davis Highway in Massaponax, will participate in the event for the fourth consecutive year. The car washes will donate 100 percent of the day’s earnings to Empowerhouse, according to a news release.
