For car wash owners and operators at the Wash Different Workshop, he'll dive into "What The Customer Really Wants," helping you provide the ultimate customer experience.

And for our vendor community, he'll focus on "Standing Out and Moving Up During Times of Change." He'll outline how organizations – and the professionals who work for them – should deal with change. He also offers insight on how to handle the undetermined aspects of the future.
