Surf Thru Express Car Wash just opened a site in New Redmond , its second location in Oregon and 25th location overall. The site features a 140-foot conveyor tunnel packed with top-notch car washing equipment. Some of its sustainable practices include recycling and reclaiming its wash water by returning all waste clean to the sewer system and by using solar to run the car wash.

Mister Car Wash has announced the sale of its 27 Mister Oil Change Express locations to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in a transaction that closed December 11, 2020. "This sale allows Mister Car Wash to focus on expanding its car washes through new build locations and acquisitions," said John Lai, President and CEO of Mister Car Wash.

Crews Magic Hand Car Wash in Fresno, Calif., has closed up its ghoulishly scary Halloween tunnel of terror and brought out its magical Christmas playland. “You just ride through and there’s a little Christmas wonderland going through,” owner Marissa Arora said. The lighting and decorations were professionallly planned and the event will run until Dec. 23.
