The second year of the Executive Management Institute is now accepting applications. Taught by executive education faculty, this immersive week of strategic business, financial, and leadership training connects an intimate group of car washers as they build a life-long network of like-minded professionals. All participants receive an official certificate from the University of Notre Dame upon completion.

Hydrogen fuel-cell cars face many roadblocks to mass adoption, but a new report claims they could achieve price parity with gasoline by 2025. Drafted by the California Energy Commission, the report lays out a plan for development of renewable hydrogen production plants in the state, predicting that future demand and costs will make this new infrastructure worthwhile.

Fins Car Wash opened its second Greensboro, N.C., location. The automated car wash chain was founded in Charlotte by AAA Carolinas. Fins has washes in five cities across the Carolinas.
The Tube Car Wash is planning another location in Fort Wayne, Ind. It will featured an automatic drive-through car wash and free vacuum service with the purchase of a wash.

It takes a lot to get to the top of an organization: a high IQ, emotional intelligence, technical competence, and a variety of personal characteristics, such as fortitude and resilience.
