Slated to open in May, rainwater from across the property will be captured, filtered and diverted to a system of underground tanks. Separate tanks will store water recycled from the car wash tunnel.

Fuller’s has opened its 24th car wash location in the Chicago area in Harwood Heights. The business needed approval from the village board for special zoning to operate, and the wash will give 2 percent of its gross revenues to the village to cover increased public services for the site.
