Coming in April, the Broadmoor will open the doors to its brand new Exhibit Center. This 125,000-square-foot facility will include a 93,000-square-foot exhibit floor, 32 individuals meeting rooms and various foyers and an outdoor terrace. The hall itself will offer a 100-foot-wide unobstructed center in addition to a 30-foot-wide internal corridor that will connect the facility to the pre-existing 60,000-square-foot modular ballroom. The Broadmoor Event Center will now offer over 200,000 square feet of dedicated space. The Broadmoor is ideal for large Groups ranging from 500-3,000 attendees that want the intimacy factor of being the only program in-house, but require the meeting space infrastructure of a Gaylord, Las Vegas or convention center property.
