Why do you love working in HR?
There are so many rewarding reasons why I love HR. Working in HR is an exciting ever-changing career. Everyday our responsibilities evolve as this hectic world changes. I enjoy the challenge of seeing ahead of the changes and proactively planning for my organization. I am fortunate to have opportunities to mentor, train, and develop employees to make a difference in their lives allowing them to reach their potential. I have a variety of leadership responsibilities that challenge my critical thinking daily allowing for professional growth. HR leads the development of great workplace culture, being the voice of everyone, and investing in workplace efficiencies to bring organizations to the next level - this is my passion!

Why do you love working in HR?
There is no such things as a typical day in the HR world, but it is incredibly heartwarming to still experience laughter, tears of joy, excitement, and fellowship on a regular basis. Why do you love working in HR?
I love that working in HR gives me the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with employees, vendors and the community as a whole. I see employees as my customers and I love getting to help them through any issues that arise, help them find ways to develop their skills and careers, and just overall- helping make their lives easier by serving them in any way that I can.
