How to Create Accountability & Confidence:
Your HR Toolkit to Stop Workplace Bullying and Disruptive Behaviours

Why do smart people fail? Why do technically brilliant individuals have trouble managing others and collaborating on a team? What they lack is a critical level of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and the ability to manage theirs and others emotions when they are under pressure.

HR leaders from our community will be sharing their fascinating and inspiring stories with us. You will learn about their professional stories and the influence their personal journeys have had on their careers. You will have the opportunity to interact together and with them.

Back by popular demand, Joel Gervais (Vital Life Inc.) will explore the ins and outs of drug and alcohol policies in the workplace leaving you with the tools to create and implement one in your workplace.

This year's presenters will cover a wide range of topics as selected by members via our survey that was completed in August 2015.

This program focuses on strengthening competencies on tactical skills such as collaboration, problem solving, and communication to achieve and maintain success. Our goal is to help individuals shift into taking a coach approach to leadership with the aim to develop others to sharpen critical thinking skills, adapt to change, raise accountability, and to access their own resourcefulness.

At HRMAM, we are committed to building the strategic capability and organizational impact of HR practitioners, and providing value to our members.
