Kathy Sanderson, professor at Lakehead University and PhD (candidate) at Saint Mary's University is conducting research for her PhD and is seeking Human Resource professionals to participate in a workplace ostracism study. She is specifically interested in interviewing individuals who have experiences workplace ostracism.
