Breach of Policy Does Not Necessarily Justify Termination For Cause - Ronald Minken, Canadian Employment Law Today

Even when written policies are in place, it may be difficult to justify the termination of an employee. A recent case in Ontario resulted in 10 month's notice for a terminated employee as a result of the circumstances of the breach of policy. Read more here
