The Impact of Labour Relations Representatives on the Industrial Relations Climate of Organizations Survey

Print Print this Article | Send to Colleague

Johanna Westar (Western University, London, ON) and Shelagh Campbell (University of Regina, Regina, SK) are professors of Industrial Relations conducting a research project on how the actions of labour relations representatives can influence the overall atmosphere or climate of the labour-management relationship in organizations.  They are asking labour relations representatives (and officers) and union representatives (Executive Officers, stewards, regional representatives, etc) from public and private organizations across Canada about their experiences and interactions with each other.

If you fall within these parameters, they would appreciate you taking the time to fill out their short survey to assist with the project.

Please click here to be redirected to the survey.
