Don't forget to spring forward and set your clocks ahead one hour this weekend! It's also a great time to update your CPD log.
CPD signifies continued mastery of the CPHR Competency Framework and is a requirement to maintain your CPHR designation and membership. CPHRs must report a minimum of 100 hours of professional development activity over each rolling three year period and a minimum of 20 hours each year.
