The Brandon Chamber of Commerce's Westman Human Resources Conference is coming up on October 10, 2018 and is looking for speakers. There are four key session topics: I'm a Supervisor Now...What About my Friends?, Addressing Toxic Environments in the Workplace, Comfort with Conflict, and Cannabis Legalization and Policy Development.
The conference is geared towards small and medium sized enterprises/businesses that deal with employees daily, but may not have dedicated HR staff. For more information, click here.
