You will work in teams to help a company called GlobalTech navigate a change in their business strategy from the military market to the commercial market. Some of their employees think this change is good, some are on the fence, and others are opposed. Your team has 18 months, a budget of $500K, and 50 different tactics that may help (or hinder) the change. Your goal is to create and implement a change plan that will win over at least 60% of the workforce.
