CHRP is now more accessible to HR professionals

The Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) has re-evaluated the framework for the CHRP designation and as a result has introduced additional paths to obtaining the designation. The different paths recognize the diverse backgrounds of HR professionals and the many ways one can meet the competencies as defined in the CHRP Competency Framework while maintaining the integrity of the designation.
The resulting 5 paths to obtaining the CHRP allow more HR professionals to pursue the designation.
