Ontario Appeal Court Upholds Law Society’s Stand on Trinity Western University - Sean Fine, The Globe and Mail

The Law Society of Upper Canada has voted to refuse recognition of graduates from the law program at Trinity Western University on the grounds that the school discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, marital status and religion, and that the law society’s governing principles forbid it from accepting discrimination. Read More Here
