University of Winnipeg PACE Resumania Event - April 26

As HR practitioners you are the experts of what works on a resume and what gets tossed aside.  The University of Winnipeg Professional, Applied and Continuing Education hopes to tap into your expertise and have you offer this insight to our students.  We invite you participate in one of our upcoming Resumania events where you can share your expertise and help coach our students on how they can improve their resumes.

Resumania is based on the speed-mentoring concept. Resumania helps PACE students gain a wider perspective on the screening criteria employers use to short-list candidates for interviews or flag candidates for the discard pile. It provides students with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with recognized industry professionals and get feedback on their resumes. Students will move round-robin across multiple stations, where they will have 10 minutes with each professional. At the end of the evening, the students should obtain feedback from approximately 8-10 different industry professionals.
