On September 27, 2017, Prospanica® celebrated its annual Brillante Awards Gala during the 2017 Annual Conference & Exposition in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Event sponsors Marriott International and MGM Resorts International welcomed guests, comprised of professionals, students and entrepreneurs, to an exciting evening that celebrated Prospanica’s most recent achievements and recognized the Brillante Award recipients. The Brillante Awards honor individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the educational, economic and social well-being of the Hispanic community.
The 2017 Prospanica® Brillante Awards recipients are Dr. Juan Andrade for Community Service Excellence, ExxonMobil for Corporate Excellence, Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business for Educational Excellence, Gabriel Mandujano for Entrepreneurial Excellence, and Alejandro Roman for Prospanica Member Excellence. This magnificent event was hosted by Christian Cázeres, NBC 10 Philadelphia and Telemundo 62 Multimedia Journalist, and entertainment was provided by DJ Rahsaan and Funk Salsa Urban.
