“The program was inspiring and transformative. My eyes were opened to new ways of emerging leadership. I am so excited to share what I have learned. I was impressed with my colleagues in the class and learned much from both the class and them,” says Monica Puente.

“As the nonprofit profession continues to evolve and nonprofit professionals take on broader and more strategic responsibilities, nonprofit leaders seek to develop their leadership skills. In today’s environment, high impact nonprofits need people who lead by accepting change and creating innovative solutions,” says Nancy Love, director of the Duke Nonprofit Management Program.
