With the assistance of McMillan LLP, HAC has recently released a primer on Constitutional Law for the Canadian helicopter community. "HAC would like to acknowledge the generous contribution of McMillan LLP and Glen Grenier for developing the document as a primer for HAC member-operators.”
The project’s genesis was a flurry of calls to HAC on the issues relating to the operation and establishment of aerodromes; the storage of fuel; and a variety of other jurisdictional issues arising through the HAC office.
