To develop the tools needed to build lean, AGC has developed the Lean Construction Education Program (units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7). Construction professionals at all experience levels learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into a Lean operating system.

Topics include variation pull in production, the Last Planner® System, lean supply chains and assembly, lean design/pre-construction, and problem-solving principles.
