AGC Houston's Leadership AGC Committee Hosts Panel Discussion 

Participants of the Leadership AGC class met on August 3 for a panel discussion on modern leadership with some notable construction professionals. This year’s panel consisted of Terry Hargus, Tellepsen, Nikki Morgan, TDIndustries, Inc., Mike Holland, Marek Brothers Systems, Inc., Marc Perilloux, O’Donnell/Snider, James Bryant, Anslow Bryant Construction, Ltd., and Jim Stevenson, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.  The yearly module includes deep dives into leadership best practices, leader competencies, the evolution of leaders in construction and work/life balance. The program was facilitated by LAGC graduates, Tara Anderson, TDIndustries, Inc., Nathan Kolbaba, TAS Concrete Construction and JP Martinez, Pieper Houston Electric.
