Vaughn Construction recently broke ground on the South Tower Expansion project for Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital. The second phase of their master-planned expansion includes a six-story, 100-bed patient tower and a new six-story, 1,000-space parking garage. Houston Methodist CEO Debbie Sukin said the new patient tower will bring an additional 350 jobs and be completed in 2022. Vaughn Construction built the first phase of the hospital, which won a Bronze APEX in 2018.
