TDIndustries Relocates To New Headquarters

"We spent 22 years in our old space growing from 12,000 to 36,000 square feet—each expansion forcing the space to meet our needs. It had become very unproductive place for our teams to function," stated Graham Moore, President of TDIndustries’ Houston operations. "We are so excited to have a building designed specifically for our needs that makes us more efficient. The new building provides training facilities for our field and office TDPartners (TD employee-owners) and allows for much greater collaboration between the field and office, which will be a direct benefit to our customers."

The design reflects TD’s collaborative culture, with open work areas, an Oak Wall, and no private offices. The site’s location requires the building to be largely self-sufficient, and the design incorporates landscaping and onsite water collection, as well as a nature preserve with a walking trail and water features.
