AGC Houston Board Of Directors Liaison Tony Mansoorian, W. S. Bellows Construction Corp.'s personal remarks:

"I’d first like to recognize Kim Mason, our AGC Houston Chapter Director of Safety Services for her leadership and commitment.  I’d also like to recognize our committee co-chairs, Susan Phillips, Tellepsen and David Hales, Peterson Beckner Industries, Inc.,  for their service and dedication over the past year.  I know that you have put a lot of time and effort into keeping us on track, in addition to the hours that you put in at your day jobs.

"What a pleasure it is to serve alongside the best of the best in our industry. You all are some of the most innovative and diligent safety professionals in the nation and what you do every day for our industry brings a tremendous value to our chapter and to our community - that’s looking out for the well-being of our workforce and making sure that they go home safely every night to their families.  There isn’t a duty in our industry that is more important than what you all do.

"I’ve only been involved with the committee for a year , but I have never seen such a high level of cooperation between competitors.  You all attend the meetings regularly and everyone contributes and brings their real world experiences to the table, which we all benefit from collectively as a group.  That sharing of knowledge when taken back to our respective organizations and disseminated effectively, is invaluable.  Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s working.

"I would like to commend all of you for your successes over the last year and encourage you to continue to participate and encourage others to participate in this very important endeavor.

"Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, I look forward to continuing to work with each and every one of you in 2016."
