Ford Nassen Welcomes Todd H. Colvard in Houston Office

Ford Nassen is pleased to announce that Todd H. Colvard has joined the firm in an Of Counsel position. Colvard is an experienced litigation attorney with a background in both prosecuting and defending litigation matters involving construction defects, breach of contract, breach of warranty, employment related claims, real estate disputes, personal injury, premises liability, product liability and toxic tort.
He received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1997, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia where he was a walk-on to the Bulldog football team.
