WOMEN'S TRIAL LAWYER CAUCUS
The Women's Trial Lawyer Caucus gathered on the evening of Thursday, November 13th for a night of fun, fellowship and 'Knife Skills 101' at the Cook's Warehouse in Atlanta. The women had the opportunity to learn from a Master Chef as they sharpened their skills, and their work was used to create dinner for the group later in the evening. It was a great time had by all, and we can't wait to go back!

If you'd like to get involved with GTLA's Women's Trial Lawyer Caucus, please contact Chairman Mia Frieder at miafrieder@hilleylaw.com.

NEW LAWYERS DIVISION
The GTLA New Lawyers Division went out with a bang in 2014, hosting their final NLD Happy Hour on Thursday, October 16th and welcoming more than one-hundred current and prospective GTLA members to Loca Luna in Atlanta. The evening offered GTLA staff, leadership and NLD members to mix and mingle, while celebrating the quickly-approaching end to a great 2014 and the exciting opportunities that are being made available to our members as a result of the NLD's hard work.

The momentum that the NLD is building after an extremely-successful year of charitable, legislative, educational and social events is tremendous, and the New Lawyers Division is poised to continue building upon this success in 2015 and beyond!

To get involved with the New Lawyers Division, please contact NLD Chair Jennifer Ivey at jennifer@linleyjones.com.

SPECIAL EVENTS
At this year's Holiday Workshop, GTLA is asking that all attendees take part in our 'Suits & Cell Phones' drive! Bring your gently used suits and old cell phones, and they will be delivered to the public defenders' offices and women's shelters around the state in order to help those most in need this holiday season and beyond.

If you are unable to attend the Holiday Workshop but would still like to participate, GTLA will be collecting the items at our headquarter office (101 Marietta Street NW, Suite 3350, Atlanta, GA 30303) from now through December 12th!

Please direct all questions to GTLA Community Outreach Chairman Michael Geoffroy at michael@lgolawfirm.com. Thank you in advance for you generous participation in this worthy cause!
