We're only three weeks away from the General Election, and your Civil Justice PAC has been working tirelessly to ensure that pro-Civil Justice candidates are supported in their bids for office. In order to put (and keep) candidates in office who support your clients' right to trial by jury, we still need your help to secure the resources necessary to reach our goals and cross the finish line on Election Day.
If you have an outstanding PAC contribution, or if you would like to contribute to the PAC, click the link below or email Executive Director Caroline McLean at cmclean@gtla.org for more information. Thank you!

No longer will most nursing homes be able be able to circumvent the courts by requiring all residents to agree to arbitrate all claims before a dispute has even occurred.
