Under the Gold Dome: 2014 Lawyer of the Day Program
The 2014 Legislative Session of the Georgia General Assembly is just around the corner, and we would like to invite you to join us at the Capitol for our highly-successful Lawyer of the Day program! Your participation is vital to our continued legislative success, and your involvement also speaks volumes about your commitment to the preservation of our Civil Justice System and the Right to Trial by Jury in Georgia.
During your day at the Capitol, you can expect to participate in the following:
- Read and review bills and resolutions
- Review print media, blogs, and online articles
- Attend legislative committee meetings and hearings
- Monitor the House/Senate floor debate from the gallery
- Meet with your legislators
- Attend lunch meetings with legislators (depending on schedule)
- Attend evening legislative receptions/dinners (depending on schedule)
