GTLA is now accepting registrations for the 2014 Lawyer of the Day Program! As this year's Session promises to be brisk, spots for Lawyer of the Day are limited and are sure to fill up fast. Your participation is vital to our continued legislative success, and your involvement also speaks volumes about your commitment to the preservation of our Civil Justice System and the Right to Trial by Jury in Georgia.
During your day at the Capitol, you can expect to participate in the following:
- Read and review bills and resolutions
- Review print media, blogs, and online articles
- Attend legislative committee meetings and hearings
- Monitor the House/Senate floor debate from the gallery
- Meet with your legislators
- Attend lunch meetings with legislators (depending on schedule)
- Attend evening legislative receptions/dinners (depending on schedule)
