Join us at the State Capitol!

As mentioned before, we are enlisting the help of our membership statewide more than ever during this legislative session. We are ensuring that our lobbying team has all the resources they need to be successful, including GTLA members at the State Capitol on Legislative Days to assist with bill review. The legislative calendar has been set through March 12th and will be in Session the following dates:
• Tuesday, February 18 - Legislative Day #13
• Wednesday, February 19 - Legislative Day #14
• Thursday, February 20 - Legislative Day #15
• Friday, February 21 - Legislative Day #16
• Monday, February 24 - Legislative Day #17
• Tuesday, February 25 - Legislative Day #18
• Wednesday, February 26 - Legislative Day #19
• Thursday, February 27 - Legislative Day #20
• Friday, February 28 - Legislative Day #21
• Monday, March 2 - Legislative Day #22
• Tuesday, March 3 - Legislative Day #23
• Wednesday, March 4 - Legislative Day #24
• Thursday, March 5 - Legislative Day #25
• Monday, March 9 - Legislative Day #26
• Tuesday, March 10 - Legislative Day #27
• Thursday, March 12 - Legislative Day #28 (Crossover Day)
As we receive more dates, we will provide them to you; however, please take a look at your calendar and let Caroline McLean (cmclean@gtla.org) know if you would be willing to join us at the Capitol for one of these dates. As we get closer to Crossover Day (the last day that a bill must pass out of its chamber of origin) this Session will be all hands on deck, and we will only be successful with the active involvement of our membership.
