GSAE is sad to share the news that Maryann Bates McGrail died peacefully at her home in Atlanta on Friday, June 4, 2021 at the age of 50. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, beloved sister, daughter, and friend to all that knew her. Maryann was born July 19, 1970 in Freeport, NY, and raised in Jonesboro, GA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and had a successful career as Vice President at Association Management Executives, Inc. Maryann enjoyed hosting parties, visiting the beach and mountains, playing handbells at TFUMC, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and close friends. Maryann’s family and friends are in our thoughts.
