• GSAE will consider locations 30 miles outside of the Atlanta perimeter and up to 250 driving miles from metro Atlanta. 
• For all three dates, we will consider all member locations in the state of Georgia, no matter the distance. 
• For one of the three open meetings, we will consider destinations up to 6 hours driving time from metro Atlanta. 
• Member CVBs will receive a copy on behalf of their area. Properties and facilities without association with a CVB will receive it individually.
