This ICF and HRCI accredited manager-as-coach training program is used by organizations worldwide to implement or improve workplace coaching. Whether in person or live online, this event strengthens a manager’s ability to support employee development by focusing on two key elements:

1. Understanding the elements of high performance and how to influence them

2. Learning and practicing a process for effective coaching conversations

  

Participants will also:

• Assess their coaching behaviors and approach prior to the workshop
• Apply the InsideOut approach to their real business challenges during the workshop
• Practice a simple and positive method for dealing with performance gaps
• Develop a coaching strategy around key coaching activities
