ASAE believes diversity, inclusion, and the programs and practices that support them are important factors in providing the association community with increased access to a diverse pool of talented leaders. The Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) aims to provide individuals from under-represented identity groups with support, access, and opportunities for leadership.

DELP scholars are provided the opportunity to join a community of leaders connecting with other leaders for inspiration and growth.
