This session will provide a practical approach to internal controls for organizations with few employees. Attendees will walk through some of the more common environments for associations and discuss some of the myths about internal controls and will learn to apply a basic approach to internal controls, specific controls over cash receipts, cash disbursements and controls over payroll.
