Aerospace Manufacturing and DesignBombardier Aerospace is cutting 1,700 jobs in North America, according to Canadian press reports. More than 1,000 jobs will be eliminated in Quebec, Canada, with an additional 600 in the United States. CTV Montreal reports that Bombardier eliminated 300 positions in December, and the remaining employees will be notified in the weeks to come.
