Area Development Online Brazil-based Torcomp USA, a machinery manufacturer, will invest more than $9 million to establish its first U.S. facility in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The company will construct a 16,400-square-foot manufacturing plant in Greene Township, with plans to creating at least 73 jobs over the next three years.

Waste Management World GE is set to commission three 1.4 MW Jenbacher gas engines to a 4.2 MW landfill gas-to-energy project in São Paulo, Brazil. Creating a UTC provides each party with mutual benefits through funding of fundamental, collaborative research to advance key aerospace technologies critical to Rolls-Royce.
