The association is excited to announce the revision of the GAHBA contracts! Frank Brown of Weissman Attorneys at Law has rewritten the contracts, and the 2018 version is now available for purchase through the online bookstore. When you purchase the 2018 GAHBA contracts online, you will receive a link to download the contract files.

The contracts are FREE for GAHBA members, $12 for members of other HBAs and $22 for non-members.

We are asking that you stop using any old versions of the contracts and only use the 2018 contracts.

Homeaid Atlanta
On May 15, HomeAid Atlanta joined House of Dawn in Jonesboro to celebrate a completed renovation project and break ground for the future. House of Dawn provides a stable home and life skills programs for expectant and young mothers who are at risk for homelessness and abuse.
A dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony celebrated House of Dawn’s newly renovated Transitional Housing Program facilities. Doug Cotter, in partnership with Silverstone Communities, volunteered as HomeAid Builder Captain, leading renovations of two duplexes.
Attendees also celebrated the groundbreaking of House of Dawn’s new Second Chance Home. Chris Knight of Knight Homes will lead construction of the home, adding 10 beds for very young mothers, age 13-19. Representatives of Georgia Power Foundation Inc presented HomeAid with a check for $10,000 in support of the Second Chance Home project.
