Homeaid Atlanta
Drop off donations of diapers, baby wipes, baby food, and formula at the GAHBA office in support of HomeAid Atlanta’s 2019 Essentials Drive! Look for the Essentials Drive display in the lobby.
Can’t make it to the GAHBA to drop off your items? HomeAid has online baby registries at Amazon and Target, and you can have your donations shipped directly to HomeAid. Visit the site of your choice, find the registries section, and search first name HomeAid, last name Atlanta.
Thanks for helping provide essential supplies for Atlanta’s homeless babies!
Last Friday, members of the KSU NAHB Student Chapter, BrightView, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG) volunteered with HomeAid Atlanta for a Care Day at Rainbow Village, a nonprofit that works to break the cycle of homelessness, poverty, and domestic violence through housing and other programs.
HomeAid is in the final phases of the renovation of a mold-damaged kitchen in an apartment at Rainbow Village, and this Care Day put the finishing touches on the project, as well as helped with updates to the facility’s offices and grounds. Bradley Hall of Hall Design Build, pictured left, volunteered on the project, along with other trade partners and GAHBA members.
