All members are invited to attend the Home Builders Association of Georgia's upcoming Winter Meeting!
HBAG will host a Legislative Reception from 4:30-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, at the "Sloppy" Floyd Veterans Memorial Building. Members are encouraged to take their legislators to dinner afterwards. 
The HBAG Legislative Rally will start at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, at the Capitol, followed by the Winter Board Meeting, which will take place at 12:00 p.m. at the Freight Depot across the street.

There is still time to enter the 2019 Parade of Homes! Sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the Parade of Homes is back and better than ever! This annual spring showcase of new homes across metro Atlanta will take place in late April to early May. The event features homes and townhomes in a variety of styles, locations and price points and is free,self-guided and open to the public. 
  GAHBA chapters are going strong in 2019 and have been kicking off the new year with a variety of fun and informative events. Last week the Gwinnett Chapter, shown above, hosted a lunch meeting with guest speaker Charlotte Nash of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. The association is excited to announce the revision of the GAHBA contracts! Frank Brown of Weissman Attorneys at Law has rewritten the contracts, and the 2018 version is now available for purchase through the online bookstore. When you purchase the 2018 GAHBA contracts online, you will receive a link to download the contract files.

The contracts are FREE for GAHBA members, $12 for members of other HBAs, and $22 for non-members.

We are asking that you stop using any old versions of the contracts and only use the 2018 contracts.

The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) presented HomeAid Atlanta with a check for $10,000 during the SMC Kick-Off Program Meeting on February 7 at Maggiano’s. The donation came from proceeds from the SMC’s 2018 Silent Auction/GAHBA Holiday Party in December.
