GAHBA President Jim Chapman has been spearheading efforts to raise additional funds for the Builder Political Action Committee (BPAC). These funds are used to help the Government Affairs team work with elected officials to promote and protect the home building industry.

Save the date for the Home Builders Association of Georgia's upcoming Winter Meeting!
HBAG will host a Legislative Reception on the evening of February 26, followed by the Winter Meeting and Rally at the Capitol on February 27. All GAHBA members are encouraged to attend. More details to come.

The Atlanta Sales & Marketing Council hosted its annual Silent Auction/Holiday Party last week at the Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta. This year's Monopoly-themed event included the silent auction, casino games, a wine pull, and a grand-prize raffle drawing for a Sony smart tv. All proceeds from the evening benefited HomeAid Atlanta, the designated charity of the GAHBA.

The association is excited to announce the revision of the GAHBA contracts! Frank Brown of Weissman Attorneys at Law has rewritten the contracts, and the 2018 version is now available for purchase through the online bookstore. When you purchase the 2018 GAHBA contracts online, you will receive a link to download the contract files.


The contracts are FREE for GAHBA members, $12 for members of other HBAs, and $22 for non-members.


We are asking that you stop using any old versions of the contracts and only use the 2018 contracts.
