In an effort to continue to provide a high-level education program, the GAHBA is seeking feedback from our members and students. Please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey. Hurricane Michael inflicted an unprecedented amount of damage on Southwest Georgia. State agencies, power companies, the American Red Cross and other relief agencies have been working tirelessly providing assistance. However, many of our neighbors in Southwest Georgia are still in need of additional help with clean up.

The association is excited to announce the revision of the GAHBA contracts! Frank Brown of Weissman Attorneys at Law has rewritten the contracts, and the 2018 version is now available for purchase through the online bookstore. When you purchase the 2018 GAHBA contracts online, you will receive a link to download the contract files.


The contracts are FREE for GAHBA members, $12 for members of other HBAs, and $22 for non-members.


We are asking that you stop using any old versions of the contracts and only use the 2018 contracts.
