Forsyth County: The County Commission is set to vote on new District 4 Residential Architectural Conditions this month. A public hearing and vote will be held:

Gwinnett County: Painted and face coated brick is banned in Gwinnett County. HBA members and staff are working with county officials to address this. The Greater Atlanta HBA's Parade of Homes will take place during the weekends of April 20-22, April 27-29, and May 4-6 throughout Metro Atlanta area. The Parade brings together many of Atlanta’s best builders to offer an interactive tour of spec, custom, and model homes.

New this year, the Parade will feature a mobile app and website (accessible 24/7), which increases your exposure to consumers that may be interested in buying a home or have building, remodeling, or landscaping needs. The Parade of Homes app will be free to download from the Apple Store or Google Play and will include several features for ease-of-use and return users.
